An online rewards program was developed to migrate retail shoppers to omnichannel as a result of all brick & mortar stores closing by the end of 2021 due to Covid. Customers will continue to earn their points seamlessly, and redeem them online. This customer migration strategy increased omnichannel traffic by 70%.
